Our Fitness Fundamentals Program is an 8 week program for individuals who have not regularly been physically active. We teach you the benefits of regular exercise and show how to be more active by suggesting small changes in your daily routine.  

 

 

This program also gives you the ability to track your activity and progress, we give you a daily fitness tip, and motivation to continue your healthy changes.

No Time for Exercise?
We show you ways to increase your activity everyday

*If you are under 35 and in good health, you don't need to see a doctor before beginning an exercise program. If you are over 35 and have been inactive for several years, you should consult your health care provider. If you have health concerns or any of the following medical conditions, be sure to see your health care provider before you begin:

  • High blood pressure
  • Heart trouble
  • Family history of early stroke or heart attack deaths
  • Extreme breathlessness after mild exertion
  • Arthritis or other bone problems
  • Severe muscular, ligament, or tendon problems
  • Other known or suspected diseases

Vigorous exercise involves minimal health risks for persons in good health or those following their doctor's advice. A sedentary lifestyle and obesity have far greater health risks!
